Curd - 50 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Kasuri methi - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Chaat masala powder - 2 pinch

Sugar powder - 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder - 2 pinch

Green chilli chopped - 3-4 pieces

Tomato chopped - 3 medium size

Onion chopped - 1 medium size

Makhana - 7-8 pieces

Cashew nut - 4-5 pieces

Cream(Malai) - 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon stick - some of

Star anise - 1 piece

Cloves Javitri - 2 pieces

Coriander leaves - As per need

Edible oil- 4-5 tablespoon

Salt - As per taste
