Palak Chicken

Chicken - 250 grams

Curd(Dahi) - 50 grams

Palak - 300-400 grams 

Gren Chilli - 7-8 Pieces

Onion  Chopped - 2 medium sized 

Edible Oil - 2 Spoons

Salt - As per taste

Green coriander is optional, can be added for taste.

Step1: To marinate chicken take chicken and curd(dahi), mix them properly and keep for 1 hour.

Step2: When chicken marinated put your pan on stove and heat oil, When oil heated put chopped onion and fry onion become Brown color. 

Step3: Add green chilli, marinated chicken and mix them properly. After that add chopped palak.

Step4: Add salt as per taste. Mix all ingredients properly and keep it cooking for 20-25 minutes, Keep it checking time to time and mix them as needed.

Step5: When it looks fried means palak chicken ready for serve. You can add green coriander as per your choice.
