Tomato chopped - 1 medium size

Edible oil - 2-3 tablespoon

Bayleaf - 1 

Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Asafetida - 1 pinch

Coriander powder - 2-3 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli powder - 1 pinch

Green chilli paste - 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste -1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Chat masala - 1 pinch 

Black pepper seed - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumine seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Fenugreek - 1/2 teaspoon

Green chilli chopped - 1 piece

Onion chopped - 1/2 small size

Coriander leaves - As per need

Salt - As per taste
